Batara.News, KUDUS_Aksi demo ratusan sopir truk di Kabupaten Kudus, memenuhi ruas lingkar Desa Jati wetan, Kecamatan Jati, Kabupaten Kudus, Jawa Tengah, Selasa (22/2/2022).
Para sopir ini menuntut agar Pemerintah merevisi Undang-undang (UU) Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 tentang LLAJ yang mengatur penindakan over dimention over load (ODOL). Mereka menilai, undang-undang tersebut sangat tidak berpihak pada para pelaku jasa angkut di Indonesia.
Aksi ratusan sopir truk yang menghentikan kendaraannya di jalan raya dan menutupi ruas jalan dengan truknya. Dengan menggelar orasi, mereka meminta peraturan itu dicabut atau direvisi.
Sementara salah satu peserta aksi Soleh mengatakan, Pemerintah hendaknya mengkaji ulang penerapan undang-undang tersebut. Jika memaksa diterapkan maka akan ada kenaikan pada harga pangan dan tentunya berpengaruh pada sektor ekonomi.
Normalisasi muatan yang diatur dalam undang-undang tersebut sangat akan berdampak. Misalkan, truk tronton biasanya mengangkut beras seberat 30 ton sekali jalan, namun dengan peraturan ini kini harus dua kali jalan karena beratnya dinormalisasi menjadi 12 ton.
“Jelas Ini tentu akan berpengaruh pada harga dan faktor ekonomi, jika bahan pangan mahal tentu rakyat akan teriak. Kami memohon agar peraturan ini direvisi,” pintanta.
Ratusan sopir truk masih memenuhi sebagian ruas jalan lingkar tersebut. Sebagian truk juga diparkir di Terminal Induk Jati dan perwakilannya akan menuju DPRD Kudus untuk beraudiensi dengan pemimpin daerah.

Hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut Wakapolres Blora Kompol Christian Chrisye Lolowang,SH,SIK,MH, Pejabat Utama Polres Blora, Kapolsek Jajaran, serta Para Perwira dan anggota pengemban fungsi anggaran. Turut hadir perwakilan tokoh masyarakat dan wartawan kabupaten Blora.
Kapolres Blora AKBP Aan Hardiansyah,SH,MH menyampaikan bahwa pelaksanaan Sosialisasi DIPA dan penandatanganan Pakta Intrgritas tahun anggaran 2022 tersebut sebagai bentuk keterbukaan terhadap publik atau masyarakat atas anggaran tahun 2022 yang disediakan Negara untuk kegiatan Operasional Polres Blora.
Dengan sosialisasi ini para pengguna anggaran dapat melaksanakan kegiatan penggunaan anggaran sesuai asaz-asaz penggunaan anggaran, tidak menyalahi aturan Undang-Undang serta dari Operasional Polres Blora sehingga manfaatnya dapat dirasakan oleh Masyarakat.
Kapolres dalam sambutanya mengatakan, anggaran betul-betul terbuka dan penggunaannya harus dapat dipertanggung jawabkan.

Setelah ramai terpublikasi oleh Media Perkara hilangnya uang 30 Juta yang terjadi di RS KSH (Rumah Sakit Keluarga Sehat) Pati, hingga salah satu karyawan ber nama Nurhanimah, menanggung beban pengembalian uang secara sepihak dengan di potongnya gaji sesuai keputusan pihak RS KSH, Tentu Nurhanikmah sangat keberatan pasalnya ia bukan pelaku yang mengambil uang itu dan ia juga menjadi tulang punggung keluarga, karna orang tua sudah meninggal dunia.
Pernyataan Rumah Sakit KSH melalui bagian Humas Frisca nampaknya kurang merespon soal hilangnya uang RS KSH sebesar Rp 30 juta. Hal itu menyusul lantaran Frisca yang dikonfirmasi pada Minggu (16/1/2022) pukul 11.17 WIB, tentang hilangnya uang RS KSH, yang diduga kelalaian pegawai atas nama Nurhanikmah, kenapa tidak dilaporkan polisi, padahal ada bukti pelaku melalui cctv, namun ternyata baru direspon pukul 19.48 WIB. Frisca sendiri sesuai pernyataannya saat itu melalui pesan whatsapp mengaku baru merespon, dan terkait hal tersebut telah terselesaikan secara internal dengan Sodari Nurhanikmah.
Namun ditanya kenapa konsekuensinya tidak ditindak lanjuti melalui bukti rekaman cctv, dan Nurhanikmah yang harus menanggung dengan dasar kelalaian, dan alangkah bagusnya kan bisa dilaporkan ke polisi, soalnya sesuai informasi itu terjadi tidak hanya sekali, dan dengan bukti cctv, pelaku utama bisa tertangkap. Namun ternyata hal itu tidak ditanggapi oleh Frisca, selaku humas di RS KSH Pati, informasi menurut salah awak media yang mengkonfirmasi.
Di sisi lain Nurhanikamah banyak mendapat dukungan dan belaan oleh banyak kalangan terlebih warga Net banjiri komentar Berita Raibnya uang 30 juta di RS KSH yang di bagikan di sosial media facebook (fb), group media informasi warga Pati, salah satunya komentar dari akun Fb, Zahrana Pati “Seharusnya di husut tuntas… dusitu jg ada CCTV…. masak mlh di suruh ganti… Dimna hati nurani kalian… brp gaji karyawan situ pakk… hrs ganti uang sebanyak itu… 30 jt itu bkn sedikit lho pak…”. Akun Rudi TriPrasetiyawan, ” Kalo ditinggal sholat dianggap Lalai, dan yg mencuri dianggap sepele. Manajemen bobrok itu namanya. Punya Otak gak sih?. Akun Litfi Ni’am, ” 30 juta gaji ndak sebrapa,, harap pelakuknya dminta pertanggungjawaban,, kasihan kerja setahun distu juga g bakal nutu p😤😤😤😤. Akun Nurpati, “Semga keadilan tetap terjaga..dan didapatkn pda smua kasta..tanpa ada perbedaan… Akun Luki Amin Yuni, ” Para PENGACARA Pati.. tolong bantu hani biar gk diperbudak kerja.. cuma buat gati uang.. krn korban pencurian. CcTv bisa buat bukti wkt kejadian. Tolong smoga provesi anda lebih barokah”.
Menanggapi hal itu, Akademisi Hukum Pati Karyanto angkat bicara. Menurutnya, Proses kehilangan uang sebesar Rp 30 juta seharusnya bisa diusut tuntas, jangan terkesan menyalahkan Nurhanikmah. Pasalnya, Di RS KSH itu jelas ada CCTV, dan disitu juga terlihat dugaan pelaku yang mengambil uang di tempat kerja Nurhanikmah, sehingga kesalahan itu tidak harus dibebankan ke Nurhanikmah,”Kalau dianggap penyelesaian internal, itu bagaimana dulu, jangan hanya dibebankan ke Nurhanikmah, paling tidak pihak RS bisa mengusut masalah ini ke Polisi, bisa jelas siapa pelaku yang sebenarnya,”Tegas Karyanto.
