BATARA.news, PATI – Seminggu sebelumnya DPUTR Pati bagian cipta karya sempat di temui beberapa awak media mempertanyakan prihal penghitungan proyek pasar desa karaban yang menelan anggaran hampir mencapai nilai 1 milyar dari anggaran DD dan PAD, dalam dugaan ada penyelewengan anggaran oleh kepala desa karaban yang mana saat ini perkaranya di tangani oleh Kejaksaan Negeri Pati.
Hasil perhitungan proyek bangunan pasar karaban dan besaran jumlah anggaran yang saat ini di tangani oleh DPUTR bagian cipta karya sudah di nanti oleh pihak kejari pati untuk kelanjutan proses pemeriksaanya, PU bagian cipta karya ” ARIP ” dan ” BUDI ” sebagai tata bangunan yang di tunjuk kejaksaan negeri pati di perbantukan untuk menghitung anggaran tersebut ,seminggu sebelumnya sempat memaparkan kepada beberapa awak media bahwa selama kurang lebih dengan waktu satu setengah bulan ini pekerjaanya baru mencapai 80% artinya masih 20 % kemungkinan besar minggu depan akan segera di limpahkan kembali ke kejaksaan negeri pati hasil perhitunganya, adanya keterlambatan dalam pelaksanaan ini banyak mengalami kendala kesulitan Salah satunya kami banyak kegiatan dan tugas kami otomatis tidak bisa di maksimal waktu kami menanganinya dan tidak ada unsur pihak lain adanya keterlambatan semisal adanya penekanan dan pengondisian oleh orang-orang tertentu, tegas Budi saat di konfirmasi media.
Terhitung jatuh waktu minggu ini semestinya pihak kejaksaan negeri pati menerima hasil penghitungan dari DPUTR pati, tetapi lagi-lagi molor belum ada di kirim berkas hitung kepada kejaksaan negeri pati, Sementara, Budi selaku tim yang ditunjuk dalam penghitungan Pasar Desa Karaban menuturkan, saat ini penghitungan sudah selesai tinggal dokumen administrasi dan baru diajukan ke Kepala DPUTR Pati.
“Penghitungan sudah selesai, namun kita masih melengkapi dokumen pendukung sebagai administrasi untuk diajukan ke pimpinan. Minggu ini kita serahkan ke Kepala Dinas dulu untuk dikoreksi dan proses pengesahan,” terangnya, melalui pesan WhatsApp pada, Rabu (15/12/2021).
Ditanya soal hasil penghitungan, Budi belum mau menjawab karena itu bukan ranahnya. Silahkan nanti biar kejaksaan yang memberikan keterangan tersebut ke awak media.
“Kita akan fokus koreksi terlebih dahulu, sebelum kita serahkan ke kejaksaan. Untuk hasilnya dan informasi lebih lanjut silahkan nanya ke pihak kejaksaan setelah berkas kita serahkan kesana,” tandasnya. /Red.

Sempat memaparkan juga bahwa limbah yang di perkirakan mencapai puluhan ribu kubik dan per pengiriman lewat tongkang kapasitas muatan perkiraan 7500 kubik tidak mungkin itu hanya menggunakan 2 unit truk saja, menurut perhitunganya itu seharusnya memakai armada besar jenis tronton kapasitas indek 20 keatas, minimal 20 unit bisa lebih jelas Budi Setiawan.
Menurut data yang di himpun oleh awak media barang bukti alat yang di sita oleh APH rembang saat ini hanya 2 unit truk dan satu eksavator , membenarkan adanya data barang bukti awak media kembali mendatangi Kejaksaan Negeri Rembang menjumpai Kasi pidum ” Dimas ” di kantor kerjanya senin 13/12/21 , kasi pidum tidak bisa menjelaskan banyak-banyak prihal tersebut dan menurutnya data sudah sesuai P21 akan tetapi beliau tidak bisa menyebutkan secara detail apa saja data rilis barang bukti tersebut karena mengingat baru saja kerja di Kejaksaan Negeri Rembang 5 hari ini pungkasnya.
BATARA.news – Dua orang mengaku wartawan Diduga kuat melakukan pemerasan terhadap seorang warga Kelurahan Tamanan, Kabupaten Trenggalek dua orang pria diciduk Polisi. Kedua orang yang sempat mengaku sebagai wartawan media online tersebut berasal dari Kabupaten Tulungagung dan Sumenep. Mereka harus berurusan dengan hukum lantaran dilaporkan oleh korban yang merasa dirugikan.
Hal itu, seperti disampaikan oleh Kabagops Polres Trenggalek AKP Jimmy Heryanto Hasiholan, saat konferensi pers yang digelar di Mapolres siang ini, Senin (13/12/2021) bahwa pemerasan dimaksud dilaporkan pada tanggal 4 Desember 2021 yang lalu. Dengan cepat, petugas pun kemudian melakukan penyelidikan hingga berhasil mengamankan dua pelaku.
“Dalam kasus ini, ada dua orang yang telah kita amankan yakni MYD alias S warga kecamatan Gapura Kabupaten Sumenep dan DS alias ED warga Kecamatan Ngantru Kabupaten Tulungagung,” sebutnya.
Sedangkan untuk korban, lanjut Kabagops, adalah seorang wiraswasta warga Kelurahan Tamanan, Kecamatan Trenggalek. Terkait, modus operandi kedua pelaku punya peran masing-masing sehingga korban merasa ketakutan. “Untuk teknis dan penjelasannya lainnya, Kasatreskrim yang akan memberikan keterangan,” imbuh AKP Jimmy.
Melanjutkan keterangan itu, Kasatreskrim Polres Trenggalek, AKP Arief Rizki Wicaksana, menjelaskan, dalam melakukan tindak pidana, pelaku DS mengaku sebagai seorang wartawan media online yang berkantor di Pasuruan. Kemudian, DS ini menghubungi dan mengancam korban dengan cara menakut-nakuti. “Yaitu, akan memuat berita tentang korban di media online maupun media cetak jika tidak memenuhi permintaan para pelaku,” kata Kasatreskrim.
Setelah korban dihubungi, lanjut dia, pelaku Ds ini memintanya (korban) untuk mentransfer sejumlah uang kepada MYD yang sempat mengaku dan berperan seolah-seolah sebagai pimpinan redaksi media online tempat DS bekerja.
“Kepada korban, pelaku DS bahkan meminta korban mengirimkan uang sebesar 25 juta rupiah. Korbanpun sempat mentransfer uang senilai Rp. 2 juta,” sambung AKP Arief.
Kasatreskrim menambahkan, guna mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatan mereka, kedua pelaku kini di tahan bersama beberapa barang bukti tindak kejahatannya. Antara lain, dua lembar tangkapan layar profil aplikasi perpesanan Whatsapp, lembar transfer, tiga lembar tangkapan layar berita online, 28 lembar tangkapan layar percakapan Whatsapp, tiga handphone, Simcard dan kartu pers.
“Kini para pelaku telah resmi ditetapkan sebagai tersangka yang dijerat dengan menggunakan pasal 45 ayat (4) Jo pasal 27 ayat (4) UU RI Nomor 19 tahun 2016 perubahan atas UU RI Nomor 11 tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik Jo pasal 55 KUHPidana,” tegasnya.

Ketua Umum Karang Taruna Kabupaten Pati Saiful Arifin yang hadir dalam kesempatan mengatakan masih adanya pandemi Covid-19 bukan berarti hanya berpangku tangan diam dirumah saja, melainkan tetap melakukan kegiatan positif yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dengan tidak melanggar protokol kesehatan.
Ia mengungkapkan tantangan ke depan tidak hanya menangani masalah pandemi Covid-19 saja tetapi bagaimana untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan di desa desa. Untuk itu Safin mengajak seluruh anggota karang taruna agar terus berjuang memunculkan pemikiran kritis yang melahirkan ide- ide kreatif dalam menghadapi pandemi. Dengan demikian, dapat meningkatkan daya tahan masyarakat sehingga mampu keluar dari tekanan ekonomi akibat Covid-19 ini.
“Saya bangga ada anak anak muda yang mau membaktikan diri untuk desanya, karena desa adalah paling utama atau dasar dalam pembangunan,” ujarnya.
Lebih lanjut Ketum Karang Taruna mengatakan pemerintah pusat saat ini ingin pembangunan dimulai dari desa. Menurutnya dengan membangun di mulai dari pinggiran, masyarakat akan berkembang dengan baik. “Mari kita dukung bersama sama pembangunan di desa,” ajaknya.
Safin berpesan agar anggota Karang taruna bekerja sama dengan pemerintah desa. Hal ini tujuan untuk memberikan yang terbaik. Ia pun menekankan karang taruna boleh mengkritik dan menganalisa tetapi tidak untuk mencari kesalahan.

Sejumlah pengusaha, ketua DPP Apindo Jawa Tengah serta perwakilan Kapolres dan perwakilan Dandim Pati hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut.
Pada kesempatan itu, Haryanto pun memberikan selamat kepada Agus Setiawan yang telah terpilih menjadi ketua Apindo yang baru melalui musyawarah dan mufakat.
“Selama dua tahun terakhir, pelaku usaha sempat terdampak pandemi. Sehingga kami masih berupaya dengan sekuat tenaga untuk melalukan pencegahan-pencegahan dan pemulihan ekonomi khususnya di wilayah Kabupaten Pati”, jelasnya.
Ia pun mengucapkan terima kasih kepada beberapa perusahaan yang masih tetap berjalan, sekalipun juga masih ada kendala.
“Sehingga dalam hal ini Pemerintah Kabupaten Pati sangat memberikan kemudahan terhadap investasi yang ada”, sebut Haryanto.
Ia pun menambahkan, jika saat ini banyak investor yang mulai melirik potensi besar di Kabupaten Pati. Bahkan, lanjutnya, beberapa perusahaan besar sudah mulai melakukan pengembangan-pengembangan di wilayah Pati. Sehingga nantinya dapat menyerap lebih banyak tenaga kerja khususnya warga masyarakat Kabupaten Pati.
“Contoh, itu yang kerja di PT Seijin. Dulunya kan mereka kerja di Karawang, Bekasi, Semarang, kemudian pada pulang. Itu saya cek, saya tanya pada saat rekruitment dulu. Pada pulang, pulang ke sini. Kemarin juga melakukan perluasan tanah, sudah kita bantu. Dan akan menambah gudang induknya di Pati juga. Kemarin menyampaikan bahwa selama ini mereka pindah-pindah perusahaan di beberapa daerah, dan kemudahan yang diterima di kabupaten Pati berbeda dari di daerah lain. Itu merupakan suatu bentuk kenyamanan dari pada investor yang ada. Sehingga dengan adanya Apindo ini dapat memberikan fasilitasi pada teman-teman investor”, tambahnya
Dirinya pun menyebut jika investasi ini tidak hanya pada sektor industri manufaktur yang meliputi garment, sepatu dan lain-lain, namun industri perikanan juga mulai dilirik .
Haryanto pun mengatakan jika baru-baru ini pihaknya telah berhasil menyabet juara ketiga dalam proyek pengembangan potensi perikanan Nila Salin.
“Baru-baru ini saya memberikan pemaparan terkait investasi Nila salin. Alhamdulillah dari 35 Kabupaten / Kota kemarin saya mendapat juara tiga”, ungkapnya.
Dengan adanya kepengurusan APINDO yang baru ini, Haryanto berharap agar nantinya dapat bersinergi dengan pemerintah dan Serikat Pekerja yang ada.
